Winter Wonderland

Celebrating properties that deck the halls with holiday and winter spirit! Decorations can include but are not limited to:

  • Festive Light Displays

  • Winter Plants, Trees and Planters

  • Garland, Ribbons, Wreaths

  • Candlelit or Lantern Accents

  • Creative Themes or DIY Décor

Snowflake Showcase

Celebrating properties that utilize the eco-friendly approach to decorating through snowy scenes or ice sculptures. In the event that there is insufficient snow, this category nomination period may be extended. Properties can feature:

  • Snow sculptures and scenes (snowmen, igloos, forts, etc.)

  • Ice sculptures

Additional props are welcome, but should not overshadow the snow and ice displays. ​​

Frosty Fronts (Businesses)

Celebrating businesses and storefronts that decorate their property for the season. Decorations can include but are not limited to:

  • Artistic Window Displays (including paint/drawn)

  • Festive Light Displays, Candle/Lantern Accents

  • Winter Plants, Trees and Planters

  • Garland, Ribbons, Wreaths,

  • Creative Themes or DIY Décor
